Pork Rack With Champagne Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
Pork Racks........................ 460g
Mustard Seeds................. 1 Tbsp
English Mustard................ 1 Tbsp
Honey.................................. 1 Tbsp
Onion.................................. 1/2 Pcs
Garlic.................................. 1 Clove
Champagne...................... 1/2 Cup
Butter.................................. 1 tsp
Thyme................................. 1 bunch
Black Pepper.................... 1 tsp
Salt........................................1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Slightly Season the Pork Racks with Salt and Black Pepper.
2. Add oil in a hot saucepan. Put in the Butter and Pork Racks. Sear until golden brown on both sides. Take the Pork Racks out and set aside.
3. Using the same saucepan, caramelize the onion. Add Garlic, Champagne, Thyme, English Mustard, Mustard Seeds and Honey and bring it to boil.
4. Put the sauce and Pork Racks in an oven tray. Put it in an pre-heated oven (180℃) and cook for 13 MINUTES.
